At Furry Frontier Friends, we are committed to providing the highest level of care for your pet during their stay with us. We understand the trust you place in us, and we take this responsibility seriously. Here is what you can expect while your pet is in our care: 

• Potty Breaks & Hydration: 

  • Your pet will be given a potty break every two hours throughout the day, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for. 

  • Fresh water will be available at all times, both inside and outside, and will be changed frequently to keep your pet hydrated. 

• Behavior Management: 

  • We are committed to a safe and harmonious environment. Aggressive behavior towards other dogs will not be tolerated. Should any aggression occur, we will intervene immediately using distractions and, if necessary, separate the dogs to maintain safety. 

  • We use positive reinforcement for all behavior modifications, focusing on encouraging good behavior in a compassionate and gentle manner. 

• Safety and Supervision: 

  • Our house is child- and dog-proof. We ensure that harmful materials, including household chemicals, are stored securely and out of reach to prevent any accidental ingestion. 

  • The house is equipped with a large, fully secured fenced yard, routinely checked for safety and integrity to prevent escapes. 

  • Routine inspections of the fence and play areas are conducted to ensure they meet our safety standards, providing a secure environment for your pet. 

• Physical and Mental Stimulation: 

  • If your pet is exhibiting signs of excess energy, they will be given a 30-minute walk and/or 30-minute playtime at the local dog park, which is just one block from our facility. 

  • Our pets have access to a large, safe, and engaging environment to explore and enjoy, including ample time for play. 

• Rest and Relaxation: 

  • During nap and down times, your pet will have access to a comfortable bed and blankets for resting. We ensure they have a peaceful environment to relax and unwind. 

• Medications: 

  • If your pet requires any medications during their stay, we will administer them exactly as per your instructions. Please provide clear written instructions regarding dosage and times. 

• Routine Maintenance: 

  • We understand that pets thrive on consistency. If your pet has a daily routine, we encourage you to provide us with the details, and we will do our best to maintain that routine while your pet is in our care. This includes feeding schedules, bathroom routines, and any specific activities that your pet enjoys. 

• Interaction with Children: 

  • There are children present at our facility. Your pet will be given ample love and attention, including hugs, kisses, and gentle play such as catch and tug-of-war with the children. 

  • Our children are trained on proper behavior when interacting with pets. They have been taught to treat every animal with kindness and respect, meaning no hitting, pulling, or rough handling. We emphasize positive and gentle interactions with all pets in our care.
